Terms and Conditions

Availability
Your inquiry about the availability of a date does not reserve a space on my calendar. A space is reserved upon placing an order and making a payment.

Placing an Order
An invoice will be sent via email once a design is finalized with the customer.  Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. I accept Venmo and PayPal.  Invoices will be void if payment is not received within 72 hours.

Order Pickup
The pickup location for all orders is at my home in Glenelg, MD 21737 at a time arranged with the customer. This may include a contactless pick up from my porch.

Cancelling an Order
Custom cookie orders can be cancelled up to 14 business days prior to your pickup date. No refunds will be given for cookies already made. A full refund will be issued for any cancellations made by Sweet Nubbins BB.
